Most courses talk about how to be a better speaker. Lots of people will teach you how to say stuff, but no one ever teaches us how to hear what is being said. The truth is, there are very few resources for teaching people how to be better listeners.

Our course teaches one of the key attributes of being a leader, manager or sales professional: effective listening. In this session we discuss exercises, ideas and interviews all compiled around the art and practice of listening. We discuss pitfalls, best practices, and management techniques to build relationships and create happy and productive teams.
