Andrew McMasters is a communications expert and the owner of IMPROVMINDSET. He is a certified Applied Improv Trainer, and an international leader in coaching, training and consulting to organizations and individuals. He specializes in communication, team building, leadership, executive presence and organizational change using the technique of experiential learning. His 35 years of experience in instruction and acting are the basis for his on-going exploration into leadership and change management.
