AI can analyze faster. But it can’t listen.

A recent article, “Five Leadership Skills AI Will Never Replace,” reminded me that the most valuable traits in leadership today are profoundly human; empathy, judgment, humility, creativity, and connection.

These aren’t “soft skills.”
